Born in Russia, Andris Dzeguze moved to the United States in 2010. He spent over a decade working in Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City. Since 2015, Andris has been building his photography career, working on editorials for fashion brands and commercial clients. In 2021, Andris completed the documentary photography course from DocDocDoc, school of modern photography in St. Petersburg, Russia. Currently, Andris has taken on exploring a more contemplative style of photography, bringing ideas and methods of mindfulness to the photo-taking process. His current projects explore the topic of identity formation through the lens of an immigrant.
